MAILCHIMP FOR MORNING BREW

Concept, design, art direction for a sponsored content article commissioned by Mailchimp. The Morning Brew team was challenged to develop a toolkit for small business owners looking to succeed during the holiday crunch. We developed a challenge/solution structure to cut through the noise and get right to actionable steps that drive results.

Eater Gift Guide 2021

Concept, design, and art direction for Eater’s annual gift guide. Our goal was to create a fun, interactive experience for the user that was rooted in functionality. Readers can navigate the guide in two distinct ways; by sorting all products by category or price point, or by utilizing the discovery swipe tool. All liked products are collated into a ‘wishlist’ that can be shared and edited for ease of shopping.

Eater Best New Restaurants 2021

For this project, we focused on a simplified horizontal scroll layout that allows readers to navigate through quickly in multiple ways. Additionally, we were tasked with incorporating a “local picks” section that felt a part of, but not distracting to, the winners in the feature.

The Great Eater Campout

A multi-page camping package that features recipes, service content, and itinerary. The design features an interactive shopping list that allows readers to add ingredients and mark them off while shopping. The design also features downloadable PDFs for users who need to cook off-the-grid.
